We competitively bid maintenance services when available and through our vendor relationships across our portfolio strive to get the best pricing and quality work for all repairs and upgrades.
It is not uncommon for us to take the wheel and, when we can, install a toilet flap, get rid of a hornet’s nest or tighten up a chair leg before it becomes a problem. We do all we can to protect your home by regularly checking on it. Whether there is an act of Mother Nature or possible 4 legged creatures (Momma Bear, Poppa Bear and Baby Bear!!!), we are in our homes regularly.
