  • HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
    • Our reservation phone number is 800-752-2499 or 406-794-7066 and is available Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at various hours.  Please leave a message and we will get back to you. 
    • On-line Booking is available 24/7. 
    • After making a reservation you will receive an email confirmation with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.  This is also available at Guest Services prior to booking.
  • WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
    • A deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation.  Final payment is due within 7 days of arrival.  Your encrypted credit card on file will be charged when the balance payment is due.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
    • Cancellation must be made in writing.  Notice of cancellation 30 days prior to your check-in date entitles you to a refund of your deposit less a $75 rebooking fee.  Notice of cancellation within 30 days of your check-in date will authorize us to rebook the reserved unit.  If rebooked, a refund will be made less the $75 rebooking fee.  If unit is not rebooked, the entire deposit will be retained by Red Lodge Rentals.  There is no refund for early departure.
  • ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE IN THE CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?
    • Yes, with proof of road closure.
  • WHAT ABOUT CLEANING SERVICE?
    • Your vacation rental will be cleaned before you arrive and after you depart.  Mid-stay cleaning is available at an additional charge.  Your respectfulness of our homes is appreciated.
  • ARE LINENS PROVIDED?
    • All vacation rentals are provided with clean linens and bath towels.
  • WHAT SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED?
    • All vacation rentals are provided with kitchenware and cooking equipment. 
    • starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper is also provided.

  • WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
    • Sunscreen!  Hiking shoes, fishing pole, golf clubs, ski equipment, etc. 
    • Always bring some warmer clothes for evenings.  Once the sun goes down you will usually need a sweatshirt.
  • CAN I BARBEQUE?
    • Most rentals have a gas grill.
  • CAN I BRING MY PET?
    • No.  A fee of $250 will be charged for any infraction as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
  • CAN I SMOKE?
    • Smoking is not permitted in any of our units.  A fee of $250 will be charged for any infraction as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE TRASH?
    • Please leave the trash in the outside garbage can.  Condos/Townhomes have a trash collection area.  You will receive trash instructions with your Check-In email.
  • CAN WE CHECK IN EARLY?

  • WHERE IS THE NEAREST GROCERY STORE?
    • Beartooth Market is in downtown Red Lodge.  There is a Walmart located in Laurel, MT which is 43 miles from Red Lodge.

    • All homes are cleaned prior to your arrival and your cleaning fee covers cleaning when you leave.  Your respectfulness of the property is appreciated.
  • HOW DO WE GET KEYS WHEN WE ARRIVE?
    • You will receive instructions after you make your final payment is made.
