may be able to help you. We are long-standing, full-time residents
who know the area and owners of CENTURY 21 The Summit, Inc., a
real estate company here in Red Lodge. We offer the following
services:
Absentee Owner/Non-Rental Property:
As part of our full service commitment to
our clients, Red Lodge Rentals provides caretaking services to
meet your needs.
- Weekly home inspection
- Check temperature and heating system
- Start automobile(s)
- Check smoke detector batteries and operation
- Check security system
- Check all doors and windows
- Broom sweep and dust
- Run water, flush toilets
- Light switches
- Hot tub (owner responsible for chemicals)
- Exterior and outbuildings
- Accept UPS and FedEx packages and place in home
- Use of our toll free line 800-967-1986
- Be available for whatever comes up!
Reporting:
Provide weekly reports. We fax or e-mail our
report to you the same day.
Cost:
$100.00/month (subject to change with supplementary
individual requests)
